Important
Please mention name of customer or project data, otherwise we cannot continue to process the data.
As a reference, please, always supply a colour-consistent print-out proof and a pdf-file together with the colour data.

Programmes MAC:

Freehand up to incl. Version 10 (Freehand MX)
InDesign up to incl. Version CS5 (InDesign CS)
Photoshop up to incl. Version CS5 (Photoshop CS)
Illustrator up to incl. Version CS5 (Illustrator CS)
QuarkXPress up to incl. Version 7.31 (QuarkXpress Passport)
Upon prior agreement other programmes possible.

Condition of Data:

• Pls. always supply original files, no EPS files
• PDFX3-data files can be used, as far as all letterings were vectorized, and the files do not contain
• RGB, colour-TIF or colour-EPS files. Resolution minimum 300 dpi
• PDF-files shall not be pre-separated
• Included or linked files must always be included as original files

Pictures:

• Pictures always to be stored as TIF- or EPS-format without compression mode (LZW or comparable)
• Colours as b/w, grayscale or CMYK
• B/w-Bitmaps to be scanned and stored with minimum 1200 dpi and at least 100 % of the original size
• Greyscale- or CMYK-pictures to be scanned and stored with minimum 300 dpi and at least 100 % of the original size

Letterings:

• All letterings must be supplied as font or vectorized (converted into vector graphics) as well
• Please, do only use original font styles, do not use programme-technical possibilities, such as cursive or underlined

Colours:

• Special colours must always be set as full colour hue and marked with the exact designation of the respective future printing colour (Pantone, RAL or HKS)
